How the
Import Process Works

Choose Your Vehicle

Let us know your preferred make, model, budget, and any specific requirements. We will search Japanese auctions and provide you with matching options, including auction sheets and detailed information.

Secure Your Spot

To proceed, a $1,000 refundable deposit is required. This confirms your interest and enables us to bid on your behalf.

Inspection and Approval

Our team in Japan personally inspects the vehicle, providing comprehensive photos and videos. We only place a bid after you have reviewed the details and given your approval.

Initial Payment

Once the bid is successful, a payment of 70% of the total landed and complied amount is required to proceed with the import process.

Shipping and Documentation

The vehicle is deregistered and prepared for export from Japan. We handle all necessary export and import documentation, along with shipping arrangements to Australia. Shipping typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks.

Customs Clearance and Compliance

Once the clearance process is finished, we send the car to a licensed workshop to get it complied under Australian standards.

Final Payment and Delivery

Once the vehicle has passed compliance, we can help you arrange delivery to your nominated address, or you can collect it from our location. We ensure a smooth handover so you can enjoy your new car with confidence.
